Path A
Referral partner
You know a business owner who needs a website. You introduce us; I take it from there.
- I handle discovery, scoping, the contract and delivery.
For photographers, designers, agencies and consultants
I work with professionals whose clients need a website, so you can say yes to the project without doing the development yourself. Refer the client to me, or have me build behind your brand.

Stringham Web Design is a new studio, so you work with the founder on every project. Here’s what I’ve built, each labeled for exactly what it is.

Support hub for autism families · my own product
A free support hub for parents raising a child with autism, built so a parent with five spare minutes can find one clear next step.
Built for one action: Help a parent find one clear next step today.

Pick whichever fits how you run your business. Both are set up in writing before the first project.

Path B
You keep the client. I build the website behind the scenes, under your name if you want.

White-label pricing is agreed per project, in writing, before work starts.
Example Your client’s website quote is $1,500. Once they’ve paid in full, I pay you $300.
I'm the one who plans, designs, builds and answers your email. Nothing is passed to a junior or resold.
Clear structure, plain words and one obvious next step on every page, so the site does a job for the business.
Booking, ordering and request flows built into the site, not bolted on with a widget that breaks the design.
What's included, what isn't, milestones and the price, agreed before work starts.
Domain, hosting and accounts stay in the business's name. Nothing is held back at handoff.
I build with AI-assisted development tools. I direct the work, review what they produce, test it, and I'm accountable for the result.

Who you'd work with
Founder, Stringham Web Design LLC · League City, Texas
I have a degree in psychology, and I study why customers choose one business over another. That shapes every page I build: what people need to see, in what order, before they call.
Years of customer-facing work, and my work as a Registered Behavior Technician with autistic kids and their families, mean patient, clear communication. You’ll always know what’s happening and what comes next.
I use AI-assisted tools so you get custom work faster. I review, test and stand behind every line that ships.
What I care about: clear communication, honest scope, and owners keeping control of their own domain and accounts.
Reply by email or book a short call, whichever you prefer. What you do, who your clients are, how you like to work.
If we're not a good match, I'll say so. No hard feelings.
Referral or white-label, who does what, and how money works, in writing.
You send an introduction, or brief me on your client's project.
Scope, build, check-ins and launch, the way we agreed.
After the first project we look at what worked and what to change.

An owner-run business that needs a new website or a rebuild, can make the decision themselves, and wants a site that does a job: bookings, orders, calls or requests. Local service businesses, shops, studios and practices are a good fit.
No. One introduction a year is fine. There's no quota and no exclusivity.
On a referral, I do, and I'll copy you if you want to stay in the loop. On white-label work, you do; I stay behind the scenes unless you ask me onto a call.
Yes. The work can go out under your name, I won't contact your client or show the project without your permission, and I'll sign a confidentiality agreement if you need one.
For referrals: 20% of the website's total price, paid once the client has paid for the website in full. On a $1,500 website, that's $300. Website Care fees don't count toward it, and the client is told about the reward. For white-label: you pay me a project price we agree before work starts.
No. There's no fee to become a partner, and you don't need to be one to refer a business.
On a referral, the client owns the site, its content, the domain and their accounts once it's paid in full. On white-label work, ownership follows your agreement with your client, and I hand everything over to whoever it belongs to.
What happens next: I’ll reply within two business days to set up a short call. No cost and no commitment.
