These terms apply when you buy a Listing Fix, a website, or Website Care from Stringham Web Design LLC ("we," "us"). By paying, you ("you," the business owner) agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us before you pay.

1. Listing Fix ($150, one-time)

What we do

• Review and correct your Google Business Profile: business name, categories, hours, phone, website link, description, services or products, and the photos you provide.
• Correct your listings on up to 10 major directories where changes are possible (for example Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp and the main directories for your industry).
• Set up a Google review link and QR code for you to share with customers.
• Send you before-and-after screenshots of every change.

Timeline: finished within 7 days of receiving manager access to your Google listing and the information we need from you.

Credit toward a website: if you buy a website from us within 60 days, the full $150 counts toward the website price.

Not included: paid ads, writing or posting reviews, creating new profiles for locations that don't exist, or changes a directory refuses to make. When a directory refuses or ignores a change request, we'll tell you what happened.

2. Website (projects start at $1,500; final price in your written quote)

• The pages, features and timeline are listed in your written quote.
• Free demo: every website quote comes with a demo of your homepage, designed for your business at no charge, so you can see it before you pay anything. The demo is ours until a quote is accepted; it isn't a finished site and isn't published.
• Includes design, building, a contact or request form, launch on your domain, basic search setup, and two rounds of changes.
• Pricing: new website projects start at $1,500. Your written quote specifies the full price and scope before any payment. Previously accepted written quotes retain their agreed pricing and terms.
• Payment: any eligible Listing Fix credit is applied first. Any start payment or deposit must be stated in the written quote. The remaining balance is due when you approve the finished site, before it goes live on your domain.
• Ownership: once the website is paid in full, you own it and its content. Your domain and accounts stay in your name.
• We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
• Referrals: if someone referred you to us, we pay them 20% of your website's build price within 14 days after it's paid in full (Website Care isn't included). We pay it ourselves; it never changes your price. Partners follow our partner terms.

3. Website Care ($75/month)

Included each month

• Website hosting and upkeep: kept fast, secure and online.
• Your domain: we handle renewals and keep it registered in your name.
• Up to 30 minutes of content edits (prices, hours, photos, text).
• Keeping your Google listing and directories accurate.
• Replying to new Google reviews within 3 business days, in a tone you approve.
• Up to 4 Google posts.
• A one-page monthly report of calls and requests.

Not included: new pages, redesigns, photography or paid ads. We'll quote any of these separately before doing the work.

Month to month: cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Payments for months already started aren't refunded.

If you leave: your domain stays yours, and we hand over your site files and any accounts we manage for you within 14 days of your last paid month.

4. Your part

• Give us manager access to your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner and can remove us at any time. We will never ask for your Google password.
• Give us accurate information and photos you have the right to use.
• Reply to our questions within a reasonable time. Delays on your side extend our timeline.

5. Refunds

• Listing Fix: full refund if you ask before we start work. Once work has started, it's non-refundable.
• Website: payments are non-refundable once design work has started. If we can't deliver what your quote describes, we'll make it right or refund what you paid for the unfinished work.
• Website Care: see section 3.

6. What we can't promise

Google and other websites control their own rankings, verification, reviews and suspensions. We follow Google's guidelines and work to improve how your business shows up, but we can't guarantee any ranking, number of calls, customers or sales.

7. Limit of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to that purchase.
